1. Do you offer live training in addition to the course?
Yes. The course can be paired with live activation sessions delivered virtually or in person.
These sessions are designed to bring the curriculum off the screen and into real conversation, helping leaders, managers, and employees apply the concepts to the actual challenges they’re facing inside the organization. Live sessions can be used to reinforce key lessons, facilitate discussion, address questions, and create stronger buy-in across teams.
2. Is there a sample lesson you can show us?

The sample is designed to give you a feel for the tone, structure, pacing, and practical application of the curriculum. It won’t show every layer of the full experience, but it will give you a strong sense of how the content is taught and how learners are guided to connect the material to real workplace behavior.

4. I need a training right away. Is there something we can implement immediately?
For organizations that want to move quickly, we offer a rapid-start live pilot that allows your team to experience the core content, interaction, and Burnout Intelligence Layer before moving into a full course rollout.
Also, a ready-to-license version is available for organizations that need immediate deployment.
That said, I only recommend this option when speed matters more than customization. The immediate-license version is a broad, foundational curriculum, which means it isn’t tailored to your specific culture, employee challenges, leadership structure, internal language, or organizational goals.
For the strongest impact, I recommend a customized version that aligns with what your people are actually experiencing and what your organization is trying to shift. But when timing is urgent, the ready-to-license option can provide a strong starting point while still giving your team practical language, concepts, and tools right away.
5. Which format or formats do you use when delivering the product?
The curriculum can be delivered in several formats depending on your organization’s needs.

6. How long do licenses last?
The minimum license term is 12 months. Longer license terms can be discussed based on your organization’s needs, rollout timeline, number of learners, and whether the curriculum will be used as a one-time training, annual learning initiative, onboarding resource, leadership development tool, or part of a broader employee well-being strategy.
7. What is the Burnout Intelligence Layer™?
The Burnout Intelligence Layer™ is an optional data-informed app that can be paired with the course to help organizations move beyond “we think people are burned out” and start identifying patterns more clearly in real-time.
Instead of relying only on annual surveys or waiting until people are already disengaged, the Burnout Intelligence Layer™ can help capture ongoing signals around workload, exhaustion, capacity, stress, and recovery. This gives leaders and managers better visibility into what may be happening across teams before burnout turns into turnover, resentment, poor performance, or cultural damage.
It’s not a replacement for leadership, communication, or culture change. It’s a tool that helps make the invisible more visible, so your organization can respond with more intelligence and less guesswork.
8. Can this be customized for different audiences within our organization?
Yes. The curriculum can be adapted for different groups, including employees, managers, senior leaders, or specific departments. That matters because burnout doesn’t look the same from every seat in the organization. Employees may need tools for capacity, communication, and recovery. Managers may need support around workload conversations, team expectations, and early warning signs. Leaders may need to examine systems, policies, and cultural patterns that are contributing to burnout in the first place.
9. How much do you charge?
Pricing depends on the scope, structure, and level of customization your organization needs. A ready-to-license version will be priced differently than a customized curriculum built around your organization’s culture, leadership structure, employee challenges, internal language, and desired outcomes.
Several factors influence pricing, including the number of learners, license length, level of customization, number of course modules, consultation time, review and revision rounds, delivery format, live activation sessions, leadership or manager-specific tracks, implementation support, and whether the Burnout Intelligence Layer™ is included.
