Leadership gets real when the pressure hits.
Student leaders are expected to make decisions, manage different personalities, navigate conflict, communicate clearly, and represent people whose experiences may be very different from their own. They’re often learning how to do all of that while navigating college life themselves.
Lead Without Wreckage is an interactive, neuroscience-based workshop that helps students understand how pressure, uncertainty, criticism, and responsibility influence the way they think, communicate, and lead.
Students learn how to:
